the energy transfer value from column\/chromophore i to row\/chromophore j.<\/p>\n<p>The PSI network is weighted and directed.<\/p>\n<p>Each matrix file represents the PSI network at a specific cutoff distance (CD).<\/p>\n<p>Here below the identities of the nodes\/chromophores<\/p>\n<p>P700: reaction center special chlorophyll pair associated to the PSI.<br \/>\nRED: red-shifted form of chlorophylls a, concentrated in the LHCI complex.<br \/>\nCLA: chlorophyll a molecules that do not belong to P700 or RED (PDB Ligand ID: CLA).<br \/>\nCHL: chlorophyll b molecules (PDB Ligand ID:
